Our roots date back to the merger of two distinguished local entities. Chaltraw & Wong was formed in 1985 by two former principals, William E. Chaltraw and Curtis Wong from the Fresno office of a Big Four accounting firm. In 1986, Janzen & Tamberi began with the inclusion of George Tamberi as a partner to the long-standing practice of Alfred Janzen. In 1990, Chaltraw, Janzen, Tamberi & Wong was formed by the merger of these two firms. In 1992, Janzen, Tamberi & Wong, as we are known today, was established.
Throughout our principals’ professional careers, and over the course of our evolution, Janzen, Tamberi & Wong has maintained a commitment to unparalleled client service. But the spirit and purpose behind that cannot be measured by mere professional standards alone. We encourage personnel to be involved in community, educational and other activities that promote personal excellence. The firm’s partners are committed to serving California and the Central Valley by remaining active in civic affairs and the local business community. We have served in local professional organizations and have a broad range of experience in tax, accounting, auditing and management consulting. In short, Janzen, Tamberi & Wong is more than the sum of its parts.
